This is why we need a NEW State's Attorney!

This my friends is a heartbreaking story and documents why
we need a NEW State's Attorney in Somerset County!

This predator, Jason Joerell Phillips, SHOULD have been incarcerated for a LONG time following his offenses dated May 2006. The current States Attorney and her Deputy DROPPED THE BALL and allowed this predator to plea out of more serious crimes in September of 2006 to settle on a lesser charge of Second Degree Assault. There is NO DOUBT prosecuting the First Degree Assault with the use of a Handgun during a Felony/Violent Crime would have locked this piece of human garbage up for a long time. He might have been still incarcerated on the morning of May 15, 2010 and this young woman would still be alive today to care for her children.

My sincerest apologies go out to this young woman's family for their terrible loss. Our laws and those sworn to uphold them should have worked better to protect those less capable of protecting themselves.

We can't allow this to EVER happen again in Somerset County.  This man preyed upon this woman and the system let him walk the streets. These kind of preadators need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  How did this happen you ask, I have compiled a history of the court records surrounding this heartbreaking story so you can judge the system for yourself.

Those of you who have started to follow me on Facebook have realized the powers that be at Facebook disabled the account. That's ok Mr. Phoebus and Mrs. Hickman... You can complain and whine as usual and even win that round but this blog is out of your reach!

I know it is killing lots of you to not know my identity. It will remain unknown to EVERYONE! Who I am is NOT important to the issues. My anonymity proves I have no EGO to feed in this matter. Remaining anonymous prevents attacks on me by those being highlighted to cloud the facts. It is my desire to finally get all the facts out on the table.

What? Not another RINO....

My blog may be new but people have already found it/me... Somerset County has needed a place to air political laundry and some dirty socks were sent my way today.

Apparently Mr. Phoebus, esquire from Crisfield is VERY good friends with Mrs. Hickman, States Attorney in Princess Anne. Mr. Phoebus is a Republican (supposedly) and Mrs. Hickman is a registered Democrat.

Mr. Phoebus decided NOT to support his Fellow Republican during this Election season and has sworn his unwavering support to Mrs. Hickman. This allegiance has gone so far as to request Republican Voters to remove the Yard Sign of the Republican Candidate for State's Attorney and install the Yard Sign for Mrs. Hickman in its place.

It must not be going well for the Hickman campaign. If you have witnessed this kind of behavior on behalf of ANY candidate, please let me now. I WILL document these improprieties.

WOW… They must have some kind of friendship, that's all I can say...

Documents Raise Questions for Rob Fisher


Red Maryland has obtained documents, which show cyber security executive, Rob Fisher, who is challenging GOP favorite Andy Harris in the Republican primary for Maryland’s first district congressional seat, has stronger ties to the Commonwealth of Virginia than Maryland.

According to the Maryland State Board of Elections Fisher registered to vote in Maryland in 1996 but has not voted in a single election in Maryland since registering. However, Fisher has been registered to vote in Virginia since 2006.

Fisher’s Federal Election Commission candidate filing statement lists his address as 310 Park Lane Federalsburg, MD. The Maryland State Department of Taxation and Assessments shows that property is owned by his parents Robert Allan Fisher Sr. and Diane M. Fisher. Virginia records show Fisher and his current wife have paid property taxes on a home in Chantilly, VA since 2004.


These documents beg several questions:

• Why is Fisher running for Congress in Maryland?
• Is Fisher a Maryland resident? If yes, then why is a self-admitted millionaire—he told Politico he’s worth $5 million—living with his parents?
• Fisher claims “deep roots” in the first congressional district. Why hasn’t he voted in a single election in Maryland in the last 14 years?

BRIAN MURPHY PLEDGES TO MAKE MARYLAND A “SHALL ISSUE” STATE; RECEIVES ENDORSEMENTS FROM KEY 2ND AMENDMENT ADVOCATES...

It's a shame we have all had Bob Ehrlich beat into our skulls...  There is another good CONSERVATIVE Candidate, CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?  This young man deserves a GOOD look by ALL conservative minded voters. 

I am very disappointed by the rule 11 exclusion implemented by the Maryland GOP on behalf of Bob Ehrlich.  There were and still are worthy opponents to Mr. Ehrlich and they all needed a fair and level playing field.  I can't for the life of me understand how the Maryland GOP could endorse a candidate before the primary when he hadn't even filed his Certificate of Candidacy.

I love to see the political signs sprouting like flowers during the political season.  It would almost be nice if those people that post signs in their yards had to keep them posted until the next election as a reminder of what they got for their vote!

Is it just me or is a BLACK and RED Political Yard Sign Very hard to read and look rather menevolent? Most signs are patriotic: Red, White and Blue...

I have even seen a few farm tractor green signs that are rather eye catching, someone once told me green was the choice of genius, IDK?

Did anyone notice the signs on the 300K motor home at the clam bake?  Those signs will stick in the minds of the hard working and unemployed voters in the district on September 14th...

Another candidate has SO MUCH stuff on her sign, you don't know what to read first and by the time you get your bearings you're long past it! Oh well...

Lastly, where the heck are the signs of the rest of the candidates??????

Don't be hoodwinked by ANY of the candidates, talk to them one at a time and find out where they really stand.  Ask your neighbor if he/she has ever had any invlovement with a candidate.  Voting is your most important duty to enable the continuation of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness as outlined in the Declaration of Independence.  Don't take lightly this duty endowed by our Creator!
